This lot is part of a long-term, single-owner, Cooperstown Bat Company (CBC) collection that is now coming to auction for the first time. Our consignor is not only a knowledgeable expert in the signed CBC bat sector, but also a meticulous notetaker and record-keeper whose files often list the autograph acquisition date, location and price! Due to the nature of his quest, many of the team-signed examples boast a unique set of signatures and are as complete as was possible at the time. In some cases, they even remain housed in CBC factory shipping boxes. Because the collection has been dutifully safeguarded over the years, overall condition averages gorgeous EX-MT to NM with "9-10" signature strength unless otherwise noted. There are stat/number/HOF inscriptions scattered throughout.
