Tee up a fine pair of fellows, with this 1948 Rittgers golf figure set of (2). These amusing figures are depicted as a determined golfer and a befuddled caddy, who is scratching his head while wondering where the duffer's next shot will land. Affixed under his left shoe with a Suttles and Rittgers factory distribution label, the puzzled caddy shows repairs at the neck and the elbow of his left arm, with chipping along both repaired areas. One the golf club heads in the caddy's bag is broken off and absent, and he also has a few small flecks of paint loss on the head, however the paint remains bold overall. The swinger has a few small chips on the hands and some very minor points of wear elsewhere and he remains very appealing; however, his golf club is absent.
