It was Babe Ruth himself who christened Draper & Maynard's canine mascot the "Lucky Dog," remarking to a fellow Red Sox fielder at Fenway, "Oh, you’ve got one of the lucky dog kind." Both the jersey and pants here feature D&M's "Lucky Dog" labels. The collared jersey boasts a
lace-up neck style, red-and-blue identifiers of "V C," and red sleeve trim (some holes in trim). The pants have a distinctive 4-button enclosure. The pair is well-preserved for its age, with scattered soiling and staining. Accompanied by a fabric/leather belt and 3-foot long stockings!
