To retrieve your userid and password, you will need to provide the
email address you specified used when you registered your account.
Once your information is located, you will be asked to answer three
security questions to confirm your identity. When you have
successfully answered the security questions, your userid and password
will be sent to you via email. If you are unsuccessful in retrieving
your information, you will need to contact the customer support line
at 301-608-0355 for further assistance.
