Logging career bests in home runs (31) and RBI (96), former backstop Mike Lieberthal wore and autographed this Philadelphia Phillies road jersey during the 1999 season. Complete description available on our website.
En route to his first and only Gold Glove honor and a berth on the National League All-Star squad, former Phillies receiver Mike Lieberthal wore and signed this gray knit button-down garment during the 1999 campaign. "Phillies" is embroidered in red cursive on a white plate across the chest. In red-on-white double twill, "24" is sewn to the back and left sleeve and "LIEBERTHAL " is arched on a name plate atop the back number. On the angled portion of the back "4," Lieberthal's black marker signature projects ("9") strength. Red-and-white striped stretch ribbed cotton lines the sleeve endings while the left front tail is home to a "RUSSELL ATHLETIC" size "48" label and a fabric content tag. All original and unaltered, the jersey exhibits light wear. Accompanying is an LOA from Ed Dolan, as well as an auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
