Offered is the wristwatch bestowed upon former Houston Oilers defensive back Johnny Peacock upon his 1970 retirement. Secured to a Speidel "Twist-o-Flex" band, this stainless steel time piece is accented by an Oilers logo and "Johnny Peacock" at the center, as well as fluorescent strips on both the hour and minute hands. Fully functional, the watch has a second hand and a date indicator. Texas-born Peacock, incidentally, played his college ball at the University of Houston and played for the Oilers in both their final season in the AFL (1969) and first season in the NFL (1970).
